Kinshuner graduated from Fort Valley State University with a Bachelors of Business Management in Accounting. She is now pursuing her MBA in Finance at the University of Houston in Clear Lake.

Kinshuner brings over 8 years of commercial real estate accounting experience to Property Commerce. She has also been an integral part in implementing the new accounting software Property Commerce started using in 2017.
