Jay Williams has been Owner and President of Property Commerce since 1989.  He has been with the firm since 1986.  Prior to that, Jay earned degrees at The University of Texas and Harvard University. 

He currently serves as Chairman of the Children at Heart Foundation and Mayor of Bunker Hill Village. 

Jay has served in various leadership positions and board capacities at the C Club of Houston, Second Baptist Church,  Sight into Sound, the Memorial Villages Police Department, the Village Fire Department, Texas Baptist Children’s Home, the Texas Business Hall of Fame, Care Net,  Miracle Farm, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
