Chad has over 30 years of experience in retail leasing, brokerage, and development. His primary focus has been leasing our portfolio of Target and Home Depot anchored shopping centers in the Houston metro area and the Rio Grande Valley. Chad has represented such companies as Taco Cabana and PGA Tour Superstore in the Greater Houston Area.

Chad is a native Houstonian who graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Finance and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
